The Movie Minions: Rise of Gru is actually a sequel of 2015’ Movie, the movie showed the childhood of Gru when Minions was wondering whom to follow as their new Master and they found Gru as the despicable villain. They followed him to his home back and tried to get in his home and after getting in how they actually helped him and made their bond strong.
Who Voices the Minions?
The co-director of Minions: Rise of Gru, Pierre Coffin is the man responsible for providing the voice of Kevin, Stuart, Bob, Otto and all of the other Minions.
Their language is also known as the “Minionese”. The language was originally developed during the pre-production phase of Despicable Me, when coffin used his own voice during a test.
During an interview, Coffin explained how he provided a recording “just to show whoever going to design the voice a way to go”. However producers loved his voice so much that they suggested him to continue to do so.

Alongside the return of Steve Carell’ Gru and Coffin’s Minions is newcomer Michelle Yeoh, who played a character of retired Kung Fu expert Master Chow, who’s now working as an acupuncturist.
