The organisers announced on Friday that Tyson’s anticipated rematch with YouTuber Jake Paul has been postponed due to his recent health crisis.
Unfortunately Jake Paul and Mike Tyson will not face-off on July 20 as planned. Tyson’s recent ulcer flare up has limited his ability to train fully for the next few weeks.

Less than two months after his fight with Paul on July 20 in Texas, Tyson needed medical assistance on Sunday while travelling from Miami to Los Angeles due to symptoms of nausea and dizziness.

After his first visit with onboard paramedics, who helped him feel better after feeling sick and dizzy, Tyson met his physicians on Thursday.
They suggested that before starting full-fledged training again, he return to very mild exercise for a few weeks, according to Entertainment Tonight.
Tyson, in a statement wrote, ““I want to thank my fans around the world for their support and understanding during this time.”
He further said, “Unfortunately, due to my ulcer flareup, I have been advised by my doctor to lighten my training for a few weeks to rest and recover.”
The fight, which would only be accessible on Netflix, was scheduled for July 20 at Arlington, Texas’ AT&T Stadium, which holds 80,000 spectators and is home to the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys.
Meanwhile, fans on social media want the fight between Tyson and Paul to be cancelled. Tyson’s elderly age and ongoing medical issues made the fight divisive from the outset. Fans are now calling for a total cancellation of the fight.
