The Men’s Hockey Asia Cup 2022 was the eleventh edition of the Men’s Hockey Asia Cup, the Asian Hockey Federation’s quadrennial international men’s field hockey championship. The team, which included veteran players, recovered in time to put up a strong fight against the Malaysian team, which appeared to be on track to win the tournament after not losing a single match.

The Korean defense, regarded as one of the strongest in Asian hockey, delivered on its promise and kept the score close. Hero Razie Rahim of Malaysia was the tournament’s top scorer with 13 goals and Akmal Hussain of Pakistan is the OBO Promising Goalkeeper of the Tournament.
OBO Tournament Goalkeeper of the Year award was won by Japan’s Takashi Yoshikawa. Meanwhile, Uttam Singh of India won the Tournament’s Rising Star award. Best Player of the Tournament Korea’s Jang Jonghyun was also named Man of the Match for the final.
