McDonaldโs has launched a wide range of Super Mario Bros Happy Meal toys in collaboration with the upcoming 2023 film
Super Mario Movie is for release on 7th of April by the name, The Super Mario Bros. The movie is the first movie2 which is based around the popular Nintendo game character. Chris Pratt voices the character plumber, who travels through an underground labyrinth with his sibling Luigi to save a captured princess.

The star-studded animation is also featuring Charlie Day as Luigi, Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Jack Black as Bowser and Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong. Unfortunately, the release date is still over 3 months away from 2022, but you can collect 8 McDonaldโs toys from Super Mario in some time.

Super Mario McDonaldโs toys have been rumored for months now, and the news was finally confirmed on Tuesday 27th of December. McDonaldโs shared a promotional photo on their Instagram and stated โMario time,โ revealing the new range of Happy Meal toys. In the United States, people can get this offer for the upcoming 5-6 weeks.

The toy arrived 3 months ahead of the filmโs release, The Super Mario Bros. Film was supposed to come during the 2022 holiday season as earlier it was scheduled to release on the 21st of December, just before Christmas eve, but producer Shigeru Miyamoto announced that they were pushing it back to spring of 2023 on 25th of April.
The movie is an animated fantasy movie that is entirely based on the Mario game. Michael Jelenic and Aaron Horvath are the directors and the movie is produced by Shigeru Miyamoto and Chris Meledandri. In Japan, the movie is set to release on 28th April 2023 and in the United States it will hit screens on 7 April 2023.
