Kentucky QB Will Levis Got So Much Attention For Saying He Uses Mayonnaise As Creamer For His Coffee
Hellmann’s posted recently, “Mayo in your coffee. The tweet is that,” People had thoughts, of course. The dispute came to a head when music icon Dionne Warwick blatantly banned Hellmann’s Twitter account.
Since Hellmann’s initiated this argument, I looked up the items of their mayonnaise and discovered that it just contains three things: eggs, oils, and vinegar.
Eggs In coffee:
Although it is rather unfamiliar to the American palate, eggs with coffee are not a recent invention. Scandinavian egg coffee is a well-liked beverage in which an egg is added to the coffee grinds. Vietnamese egg coffee, known as Cร phรช trng, is another well-known beverage that blends egg with evaporated milk before being put as a garnish to coffee.
Coffee with oil:
Coffee is not unfamiliar with oil either. Even a little amount of natural oil is produced by coffee beans, which is frequently visible on top of your cup. Coffee has long been made with a variety of oils, including coconut oil, MCT oil (used in Bulletproof coffee), and even olive oil.
Vinegar in Coffee:
Coffee with vinegar is a little trickier. Due to the combined quantities of acetic acid, it is NOT advised to add some vinegar, such as cider vinegar, to coffee. However, coffee does come in different varieties. Cold brews have been paired with balsamic vinegar in specialty coffee beverages.
Typically, white wine vinegar or even lime juice is included in mayo recipes. Although white wine vinegar hasn’t traditionally been used in coffee and wouldn’t taste nice on its own, keep in mind that it only makes up a minor portion of the whole mayo mix. On the other side, adding lime juice to coffee is becoming more and more popular.
