Defending champion and 8^th seed Jonny Clayton won the match in a last-leg decider against Dimitri Van den Bergh with a score of 10-9. Van Den Bergh secured an amazing 170 checkout in the second leg, which is the highest checkout of the tournament so far. Clayton will face top seed Gerwyn Price in an All-Welsh quarterfinals.
