The Hindi-language cooking reality show, MasterChef India, which is based on MasterChef Australia is all set to return to our screens with its Season 7, know the full winners list
Ever since the reality show had dropped on our screens, it’s become one of the most watched television shows. The popularity of the drama has been on par ever since its premiere.
Over the years, the cooking reality show has given us a number of famous Champion chefs who later provided us with a lot of unique recipes.
MasterChef India Winners Full List All Season And Winning Prize Money
The winner competes for a prize that includes their own cookery show, the chance to have their own cookbook published, and ₹ 25,00,000 in cash and a trophy.
For those who aren’t familiar, let us tell you, the cooking drama debuted back in October 2010 with actor Akshay Kumar and Chef Kunal Kapoor, Ajay Chopra who served as the Judge of the reality show.
The forthcoming season of the show marked its return after a very long time as the show went on hiatus due to Covid-19 pandemic.
MasterChef Season 7 Auditions
For those who are unversed, let us tell you, the auditions of the reality show started from September 14 in Kolkata, followed by on October 1st in Delhi and on October 8 in Hyderabad.
The last auditions were held in Mumbai on October 25. Unlike the other seasons which premiered on Star Plus, this season will broadcast on Sony TV and OTT platform Sony LIV.

Season 1: Pankaj Bhadouria
Bhadouria won the debut season of the cooking reality drama which ran from October 16 to December 25, 2010.
At the time another chef Jayanandan Bhaskar ended up as the runner up of the show. Later, the winner of debut Season has hosted several other cooking shows like Chef Pankaj Ka Zayka, Kifayati Kitchen, 3 Course with Pankaj etc.
The 51-year-old winner is known as the worldwide Chef who has an official MasterChef Cookbook in her name.
Season 2: Shipra Khanna
Season 2 of the cooking reality show was won by Shipra Khanna. The chef has won every netizen’s heart not just by her cooking skills but also by her beauty and charisma.
The installment of the cooking reality show was broadcasted on October 22, 2021 on Star Plus. At the time, Salma Shazia Fatima, declared as the runner-up of the show.
Season 3: Ripudaman Handa
The third installment of the cooking reality show was won by Ripudaman Handa. The chef later appeared in another reality show Nach Baliye Season 6.
He again appeared as the host of the television show Junior MasterChef Swaad Ke Ustaad. Apart from it, he also hosted Bhojpuri cooking show Roj Hoyi Bhoj.
Season 4: Nikita Gandhi
Gandhi won the fourth installment of the cooking reality show. At the time, he became the youngest chef to win MasterChef.
Later, she was selected to create the first ever Champion Menu for MasterChef, the television Restaurant, which eventually owned its door in Dubai Marina.
For those who aren’t sure, let us tell you, the chef was born and raised in Dubai and she came to India just to compete for the show.
Season 5: Kirti Bhoutika
The winner of MasterChef Season 5 was Kirti Bhoutika, whereas the runner up of the show was Ashima Arora.
The season aired from October 1st to December 25, 2016 on Star Plus. Bhoutika came from West Bengal, Kolkata and she is the founder of Sugarplum Cakery Kitchen.
Season 6: Abhinas Nayak
The 6th installment of the cooking reality drama which aired from December 7 to March 1, 2020, was won by Abhinas Nayak. The winner of the Season 6 of the franchise was from Berhampur, Odisha.
Season 7: TBA
The winner of Season 7 of MasterChef India is yet to be announced as the season is yet to air.
For those who are unversed, let us tell you, this season will premiere from January 2, 2023. This season will release new episodes every Monday to Friday at around 09:00 P.M. on Sony TV.
