MasterChef India season 8 will be the Indian version of the Australia-based culinary show MasterChef Australia. The Indian format has gained popularity as it features aspiring chefs who want to prove their skills and become a part of the culinary or food industry.

MasterChef India season 8 is all set to release on 16 October 2023 on SonyLiV at 8 PM (IST).

1. Ranveer Brar: Ranveer Brar is a popular celebrity chef who hails from Punjab, India. He is an actor, judge, author, and restauranteur. He has been a part of the MasterChef India since season four. Brar attended the Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow. Following his education, he began working at the Taj Mahal Hotel. At the age of 25, he became the youngest executive chef.
2. Vikas Khanna: 51-year-old Vikas Khanna attended GD Goenka University and Manipal Academy of Higher Education. He resides in New York at present. Chef Vikas has worked for Leela Group of Hotels, Taj Hotels, Oberoi, and Welcome groups. He opened a restaurant named Kinara in Dubai in 2019 and a restaurant named Ellora in 2020. He is a part of MasterChef India from its second season.
3. Pooja Dhingra: 37-year-old Pooja Dhingra is a businesswoman and a pastry chef. She attended Cesar Ritz College and Le Cordon Bleu. Pooja specializes in French cooking and she owns a bakery chain named Le15 Patisserie. She opened her first store in Mumbai in 2010 after returning from Paris.
