Meanwhile, the Meta CEO has not limited his career to this. Zuckerberg had to have surgery after tearing his ACL during his MMA training last year in November. His injury meant that a fight that was supposed to happen early in the next year had to be postponed.

He began training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts amid the coronavirus outbreak. In May 2023, he finished his first competition. Elon Musk had earlier asked Mark to a cage fight, which Mark had graciously accepted. Zuck asserted that Musk is not sincere about the fight, while the X (formerly known as Twitter) CEO stated he was prepared to square off in his backyard arena. Dana White, the president of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), claims that both men took the fight seriously.

Zuckerberg made news on social media last year when he competed in a Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) tournament. He has competed in numerous events and received instruction from the greatest.

With the use of specialised training modules, Zuckerberg has also been increasing his endurance. He finished the well-liked Murph workout. Under 40 minutes, he completed 200 push-ups, 300 squats, 100 pull-ups, and a 2-mile run.

After building a successful software company, Zuckerberg’s entry into the mixed martial arts community has sparked criticism and doubts about the veracity of his abilities. So, what is Zuckerberg’s MMA record?

Zuckerberg has not only trained but also put his abilities to the test in a hostile setting. He demonstrated his commitment by winning both a gold and a silver medal at a recent jiu-jitsu tournament held in California.

According to reports from June, Zuckerberg has switched from running to three or four times a week jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts training. He stated that he needed to ingest 4,000 calories a day in addition to strength and conditioning exercises to maintain his intense training regimen, while the specifics of his meals are unknown.

Mark has won 2 medals in his MMA tournaments. Zuckerberg’s BJJ (Brazilian jiu-jitsu) training generally takes place at Omnimovement Martial Arts, where he found a frequent training partner and instructor in 28-year-old mixed martial artist Khai Wu. A featherweight known as ‘The Shadow,’ Wu has a record of seven wins and four losses.
