Baptiste admitted to driving without due care and attention. He received six penalty points on his license and a £1,000 fine from magistrates in Bromley, South London.
Additionally, he was ordered to pay a £400 victim surcharge and £110 in costs. This incident follows a report revealing that another Premier League player was undergoing rehabilitation for nitrous oxide addiction.
