She bagged titles at the state championships in the Under-13 and Under-17 categories. She failed to qualify for the Asian Junior Championships in 2018 but then managed to claim two back to back selection tournaments at the World Junior Championships held in Canada where she represented India.

In December of the same year, she was crowned as the winner of the South Asian Regional Under-21 Championship in singles as well as in a team, that was scheduled in Kathmandu, Nepal.

In 2019, she clenched the All India senior ranking tournament but that wasn’t enough for the player as she bagged the All India junior tournament as well followed by a bronze medal at the Belgian Junior International Championship.

She debuted at the senior International in the same year of 2019, and the debuted didn’t go empty-handed as she won the Maldives International Future Series Badminton trophy and later after a week, she snatched the Annapurna Post International Series held in Nepal.

Because of her performance in the year, she governed to jump into the world’s top 200. Bansod appeared for the Austrian Open International Series in 2021 but her journey was ended at the quarterfinals of the tournament by Spain’s Clara Azurmendi.
