On 13th July, the Major League Cricket will debut under the floodlights with pomp, pyrotechnics, aerial acrobatics, & an unique drone show that will animate the skies over Dallas area’s Grand Prairie Stadium ahead of the league’s opening match.ย As part of the pre-game spectacle, the Grand Prairie Police Color Guard will present flags and the National Anthem will be performed while being accompanied by members of the Grand Prairie Fire & Police Departments holding a huge American flag on the field.
Fans may expect further excitement before the game when a GB1 GameBird performs in an aerial spectacle. Additionally, one 12-minute drone show created by Sky Elements will be presented during the innings break. It will feature elements honoring the first night of a new era in American cricket as well as the arrival of the six new teams competing in Major League Cricket with their logos animated in the sky. Fireworks will serve as the opening night’s capstone event after the game is over at Grand Prairie Stadium.
