Aside from the upcoming match, the MCA International Stadium will host four other more matches in the tournament.

The other four matches besides the upcoming match at the venue include Afghanistan vs Sri Lanka, New Zealand vs South Africa, England vs Netherlands, and Bangladesh vs Australia. Nestled in a secluded area on the outskirts of Pune, the stadium hosted its first international game when India took on England in 2012 – it was granted Test status in 2016.
