After getting knocked out in the Eliminator rounds by RCB last season, LSG decided to splurge massive money this season. The Lucknow franchise bought Nicholas Pooran for a staggering ₹16 crores.
A second IPL appearance
This season again, the team will depend on captain KL Rahul, Deepak Hooda, Krunal Pandya, Ravi Bishnoi and Avesh Khan. New signing Nicholas Pooran, the Caribbean batter, will also prove to be a crucial addition.
