The story of Love Next Door centers around Choi Seung-Hyo, who is a talented architect, who is set to launch a new business. After returning back to his hometown, he reunited with his childhood friend, only to find out that he has romantic feelings for her.
Recap
Love Next Door episode 11 featured Seung-hyoโs parents breaking the upsetting news of getting divorce, leaving him stunned. Meanwhile, a quick flashback reveals that when Seung-hyo was young, he overheard an argument between his parents.
The argument reveals Seung-hyoโs mother accusing his father or trapping her with a child.
In addition, she also wished that it wouldโve been better if she didnโt have Seung-hyo because having a kid prevent her from traveling, seeing the world, and generally doing what she wanted.
The last episode ended with Seung-hyo and Seok-ryu having finally been through enough to realize and ended up confessing their family for each other.
What to Expect
As of now, there aren’t any spoilers of Love Next Door episode 13 and 14, however, we can expect a little drama as Seung-hyo and Seok-ryu have already confessed their feelings for each other.
As the series has a total of 16 episodes, we might see some drama and romantic scenes between the protagonist before their happy ending with the final episode set to air on October 6, 2024.
