According to the information provided by the confidante, the agreement bans the suitor from sharing the friend’s images or reading the friend’s chats with anybody. In addition, neither party may record any part of any electronic contact between them, including video chats.
Consequences for the men’s disobedience of the agreement are severe. The insider reportedly said that the same prominent Los Angeles law firm that drafted Drake’s infamous nondisclosure agreements also drafted this “airtight” deal, which included a million dollar penalty for any breach.
