Notably, the new season will feature a host of new stars on its roster alongside its previous stars.

4Aces GC finished as the champions with the most team points in the last season, while Talor Gooch of RangeGoats GC finished with the most individual points, with 192 points.

LIV Golf 2024 new entries

This season, one of the biggest new entries would be Jon Rahm, who is the 2023 Masters and 2021 U.S. Open champion. Rahm decided to make the switch from the PGA Tour to LIV and join their newest expansion team, Legion XIII. Rahm will join the likes of English golfer Tyrrell Hatton, American Caleb Surratt, and Zimbabwe’s Kieran Vincent. The new season will now feature 13 teams.

With additional players also comes a new prize money payout structure for individual finishes and there is still $20 million on the line overall. The winner will still earn a first-place prize money payout of $4 million and finishing 48th still earns you $120,000.

LIV Golf 2024 new locations

The new season will begin in Mexico before eventually finishing up in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, around mid-August. This year, there are several new locations, including Nashville, Las Vegas, Houston, and Hong Kong.

LIV Golf 2024 how to watch live

LIV Golf just recently signed a three-year deal with The CW Network back in January to provide exclusive coverage of all 14 LIV Golf events starting from 2024 onwards. As such, fans in the US can watch the entire event through its channels. Aside from that, the CW App will also provide exclusive coverage of the opening round on Fridays. The CW App, which is available for free, will also provide live streaming of the latter two rounds during the 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. ET window on Saturdays and Sundays.
