On Saturday, the second season of the Legends League Cricket (LLC) T20 commenced with a clash between India Capitals and Bhilwara Kings at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi. Captain Irfan Pathan’s outstanding performance, scoring 65 runs in just 19 balls, propelled Bhilwara Kings to successfully achieve their formidable target of 229 runs. In the end, the Kings secured victory by three wickets with four balls remaining.

2023 Legends League Cricket latest results, day 2 schedule, date, time, venue, teams, & key players
This season will showcase 15 group-stage matches, with all teams vying against each other. The competing teams are Bhilwara Kings, Urbanrisers Hyderabad, Southern Super Stars, Gujarat Giants, and Manipal Tigers. LLC T20 will hold matches in five cities nationwide: JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi, Rajiv Gandhi Cricket Stadium in Dehradun, Maulana Azad Stadium in Jammu, Lalbhai Contractor Stadium in Surat, and YSR Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium.
Gautam Gambhir is leading the India Capitals, having previously captained the squad to victory in the inaugural season. Ashley Nurse and Pravin Tambe are making a comeback from the championship-winning campaign. The addition of South African batting legend Hashim Amla and English great Kevin Pietersen has strengthened the team as they aim to defend their title in the upcoming season of the franchise-based domestic T20 competition.
Solomon Mire, Irfan Pathan, and Gautam Gambhir are the leading run-scorers in the 2023 LLC cricket tournament. Solomon Mire secured the top position by scoring 70 runs in a single match, closely trailed by Irfan Pathan with 65 runs and Gautam Gambhir with 63 runs. Notably, Irfan Pathan excelled in boundary-hitting, leading the tournament with a total of 9 sixes. Meanwhile, Anureet Singh emerged as the top wicket-taker in LLC 2023, claiming 4 wickets in one game.
