A total of 24 teams will compete against one another over the course of a month to win the coveted Summoner’s Cup in the 2022 League of Legends (LOL) World Championship, one of the biggest events in the history of esports.

The tournament will begin on September 29 with the Play-in stage in Mexico City, where 12 teams from around the world will compete for a spot in the main event. Following the completion of the play-in stage, the tournament will proceed to the highly anticipated group stage, which will take place over two weekends in New York.
