The Raiders sacked Antonio Pierce following a disappointing one-full season with the team, recording 4-13 stats. Pierce had taken up the role after coming in as an interim manager during the 2023 season.

Meanwhile, Colorado HC Deion Sanders has the third-best odds at +500.
Another intriguing name on the list of potential Raiders HC candidates is CBS analyst Tony Romo.
