Owner of the Los Angeles Lakers Jeanie Buss once got into a Twitter argument with a person going by the handle LeBronchitis
LeBronchitis and Buss have posted the chat screenshots.
The supporter, who has more than 8,000 followers on that platform, shared a screenshot of chats between him and Buss, which revealed that she became irate despite his praise for her. However, Jeanie posted pictures of a discussion in which LeBronchitis claimed that if the Lakers didn’t make a few moves before the deadline, she would be the worst owner in sports. LeBronchitis responded by asserting that they only sent nasty messages during the Westbrook era. The point guard, who has since joined the Los Angeles Clippers, appears to be happy to see the back of the user.

Yet, social media isn’t on Jeanie’s side. The prevailing opinion seems to be that, as the owner of one of the most successful NBA organisations with a net worth of $500 million, she shouldn’t have time to argue with random fans on social media. Naturally, we won’t support any abuse of any kind. But, Jeanie ought to be occupied with more important tasks than replying to a Twitter user going by the handle LeBronchitis.
Is Jeanie Buss incorrect in criticising LeBron James’ fan page?
Both Jeanie Buss and Twitter user @BronGotGame came under fire online from fans as a result of their back-and-forth. As the owner of the Los Angeles Lakers was criticised for dealing with online trolls, @BronGotGame was criticised for wasting time disturbing Buss online.
Given that Buss is rumoured to be worth $500 million, her financial situation was the subject of many of the attacks. Despite her affluence, the Lakers owner probably became weary of the trolling she received on Twitter. LeBron James fans have probably given her hundreds, if not thousands, of messages since the superstar joined the Lakers before the 2018-2019 season, even though she has only published one message from their account.
Buss has the right to protect herself, but her decision to respond will probably come under scrutiny because many people appear to think that those with wealth or fame shouldn’t worry about internet hatred. Furthermore, the motivation of @BronGotGame is even murkier because of her standing as an owner who delegated management of personnel decisions.
