Kyogo Furuhashi, Celtic’s star player, is supposedly a player Tottenham Hotspur is interested in obtaining as part of a prospective deal with Celtic manager Ange Postecoglou.

He was born on 20 January 1995 in Ikoma, Nara, Japan. After completing his schooling, he attended Chuo University.

His height is 1.70 meters, or 5 feet 7 inches. Kyogo Furuhashi is currently 28 years old.

Japanese professional football player Kyogo Furuhashi is not married yet and doesn’t have a wife and Kyoto joined J2 League club FC Gifu in 2017.

His career

Kyogo Furuhashi started his club career in 2017 at FC Gifu before moving on to Vissel Kobe in August of that same year, where he was instrumental in the team’s first-ever major cup final and Japanese Super Cup win.

He moved to Celtic for £4.5 million in July 2021, where he made an immediate impression, scoring on his debut and excelling in both domestic and European tournaments. Some of the biggest achievements in his career came when Furuhashi won the Scottish League Cup, finished first in scoring in the Scottish Premiership, and was named Player of the Year.

Kyogo Furuhashi made his international debut for Japan in 2019. However, supporters and media outlets were shocked when he was left off the team for the FIFA World Cup in 2022.
