Real Madrid and PSG have at last struck an agreement which will see French star Kylian Mbappe depart from Paris and move to Madrid in the summer of 2022. We all know the number of times the Whites tried their hand at offering huge amounts of money for the World Cup winner, but somehow the offers did not align with PSG’s plans.
But finally, Real Madrid fans can let out a sigh of relief as the 23-year old star will join his French colleague Karim Benzema and help Los Blancos reach even newer heights.

The French international has only a few months remaining on his contract with PSG and is on his way to Real Madrid over the summer as a free agent. The fact that he will exit Paris for free in the summer sits well with both the clubs and the Ligue 1 giants have also not offered the former Monaco player a new deal.
The agreement between the Spanish giants and the French titans now stands final and Mbappe will reportedly earn a total of 50 million Euros gross per year post his move to the Spanish capital. However, the deal will be made official only after the two clubs meet each other in their Round of 16 clash in the UEFA Champions League.
According to sources, it was revealed that Mbappe’s gross base salary for the 2021/22 season stood at a total of $32 million. This means the French star was making $617,000 each week at PSG. Mbappe’s contract with Real Madrid will most likely see him earn around 137,000 Euros every day, making him the highest-paid football player in the world, on the basis of salary alone.
He is said to make $55 million per year at Real Madrid.
