Krafton BGMI unban and release date in India 2023 latest update news today
The company expressed its gratitude to the Indian government for enabling it to resume operations in the release sent by Krafton.
Similar privacy issues that led to the removal of PUBG mobile also led to the removal of the online multiplayer battle royale game BGMI from the PlayStore and App Store last year.
It’s fascinating that the company announced the game’s return so quickly after reports about it being in talks with the Indian government started to spread.
The Indian government may soon legalise Krafton after imposing a few restrictions, as was previously reported.
According to reports, the government planned to give Krafton 90 days (three months) to see if the south Korean gaming company cooperated with its demands.
In order to make it appear less violent, the authorities also asked Krafton to remove the blood transitions and colour.
The company hasn’t been specific about the aforementioned metrics, and it’s unclear if the game will only be available for a particular amount of time every day.
The release also suggests that Indian players would be able to download the battle royale game soon.
Following the ban on PUBG Mobile, BGMI swiftly gained popularity and has since grown in popularity. The company has experienced a record 100 million downloads in a short period of time.
The game’s visuals, new maps, game modes, fancy inventories, and general user experience have altered the game for gamers, esports competitors, and others.
A huge user base has been attracted by the game’s numerous customization choices.
