Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s daughter got duped by an online scammer and lost Rs 34,000. This happened when Harshita Kejriwal was trying to sell a second-hand sofa on the popular online platform, OLX sale – purchase. When Harshita finalized the deal with a person, he asked Harshita to scan a code bar for transferring the amount of sofa in her account.
The person firstly transferred a small amount into Harshita’s account to make authenticity but after that he debited Rs 34,000 from her account in two installments, firstly he debited Rs 20,000 and then debited Rs 14,000. A complaint was filed against him at the Civil Lines Police Station near the residence of CM. The police filed a case against cheating and started looking for the accused of the fraud.
