Shuey is a Chinese lantern child. Shuey’s name has the same name pronunciation as the Chinese character for snow. But the two “Rhons” in the name have completely different meanings. The first “Rhon” means “to include,” and the second “Rhon” means “to melt, fuse and warm.” After combining the whole name, it concludes with China’s desire for greater inclusion and understanding for those with disabilities.
