The new image showcases the story’s main players during the Koku You Campaign segment and also confirms the anime’s air date. Season 5 of Kingdom was confirmed after the events of season 4, and a teaser/new visual was released at the same time.
Following the announcement of a new key image for Kingdom season 5 on the official website, the fifth season of the popular anime series is rapidly approaching. The main picture depicts Ri Shin and the rest of the Hi Shin battalion as they appear to be preparing for the imminent battle against the Zhao army at Koku You Hill.
While an official release date for episode 1 isn’t known, it is set to come out in January 2024,

We know the anime will air in January of 2024, but that’s all we know about when it. Ri Shin, the show’s protagonist, appears alongside Lieutenant Kyou Kai, En, Bihei, and Ka Ryo Ten in this enticing key picture.
The anime’s official website has also shown new artwork for Ri Shin, Ka Ryo Ten, and Kyou Kai. Masakazu Morita, best known for his role as Ichigo Kurosaki in Bleach, will lend his voice to the character of Ri Shin. In addition, Yoko Hikasa will reprise her role as the voice of Kyou Kai and Rie Kugimiya will provide her talents to Ka Ryo Ten.
Kingdom’s official website has also revealed the anime’s cast and staff members. The latest season of Kingdom, produced by Pierrot/Studio Sign Post, will be directed by Kenichi Imaizumi. Character designer Hisashi Abe has been chosen for this season. For the fifth season, Avex Pictures and composer Noboru Takagi will team up to create an original score.

Season 5 of Kingdom will cover the highly anticipated Koku You Campaign arc, continuing Ri Shin’s tale along with those of the other characters. It is unknown if the Bureaucrats Job arc will be covered in the most recent season of Kingdom, which adapts the manga beginning with chapter 441. However, this season will feature a different side of Kan Ki.
Kingdom season 5 will focus on the conflict between the Qin Army and the Zhao Army at Koku You Hill, as depicted in the original manga by Yasuhisa Hara. In this episode, fans will see a different side of Commander Kan Ki. The Ha Shin battalion, including leader Ri Shin, will also be sending reinforcements.
