After the catastrophic loss via the hands of Chelsea in the Champions League Final, Manchester City mid-fielder Kevin De Bruyne revealed that he has suffered a fractured nose and left orbital.

The 29-year-old was unable to contribute in the closing stages as Chelsea prevailed with a 1-0 victory courtesy of Kai Havertz’s goal just before half time.
