After completing her education from Framingham the High School, Katie took a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations with a minor in Dance from the University of Hofstra. Later in 2011, Katie began bartending at White Horse Tavern in Boston and created the “Bitches Can’t Hang” blog. Katie Nolan then hosted and produced YouTube series named “Guyism Speed Round.”

Katie Nolan joined Fox Sports 1 in 2013 being a digital correspondent for the “Crowd Goes Wild,” a sports show which is hosted by Regis Philbin. Katie hosted web series “No Filter with Katie Nolan” on the FoxSports.com and later on appeared as panelist on an episode “The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore” further in 2015. In 2015 her show “Garbage Time with Katie Nolan” got premiered. The show won a Sports Emmy for an “Outstanding Social Television Experience” in May 2016.

Later on, that year, Katie started hosting the “NFL Films” which was aired on the Fox Sports 1.  On 23rd February in 2017, it was declared that “Garbage Time with Katie Nolan” would either be retooled or Fox Sports would find a new hosting avenue for Katie Nolan and seven months passed without a show, she decided to leave the Fox Sports in 2017.

ESPN declared the hiring of Katie Nolan in 2017. Katie debuted as a guest on “Highly Questionable” and she also appeared on the sister radio show, “The Dan Le Batard Show with the Stugotz.” Katie began hosting “SportsCenter” in 2018 on Snapchat along with weekly ESPN podcast “Sports? with Katie Nolan.” An ESPN+ series launched later that year called “Always Late with Katie Nolan” but was later on canceled in 2020. Katie then left ESPN on the 29th of September in 2021.

Katie Nolan teamed up with United Airlines in 2015 for a web- series known as “Big Metal Bird” to explain some behind-the-scenes workings of the airline.  Katie Nolan also appeared on 3 episodes of Comedy Central’s “Drunk History,” one in which Katie narrated the story of Theodore Roosevelt’s campaign to change the rules of football due to the violent sport in its infancy.

Katie is a former Guinness World Record holder for seven donuts stacked in a tower while blindfolded which Katie pulled off on an episode of “Always Late.” Katie joined the NBC Olympics for the 2022 Winter Olympics and she is also the part of the broadcast team for Apple TV’s “Friday Night Baseball.”
