Udoka’s mystery mistress is identified is a devout Mormon and is also a married mother of three who serves as the Celtics’ team service manager.

Lynch was in charge of procuring tickets and organizing trips for Celtics family members
She worked as a team liaison, organizing travel, housing, and game tickets for Celtics family members both at home and on the road, and she’s also believed to have handled travel for Udoka’s fiancée, actress Nia Long. According to a person familiar with the inquiry, the affair was consensual, brief, and terminated by the time investigators became involved.
Lynch has long had personal relationships with the team’s iconic former player Danny Ainge, who served as the team’s executive director of basketball operations before departing last year. Ainge, a fellow committed Mormon, assisted her in landing her job. According to the Daily Mail, Ainge was aware of what was going on between Udoka and Lynch but chose not to intervene.
“A source close to the inquiry informed DailyMail.com that Ainge discovered early this summer that the Celtics had launched an investigation into Udoka’s relationship with Lynch, but he did not intervene in the inquiry or the decision to suspend the coach.”

The Celtics suspended Udoka immediately after his affair was revealed to the team for violating the organization’s code of conduct. Udoka has now been suspended as Boston’s head coach for one season. Udoka’s future in the League is still uncertain. However, the success he brought to the team, leading them to the NBA Finals in just one season, was incredible. Udoka’s suspension will only last one season, but he can still make an impact on the squad and is still appreciated by the organization.
