She was performing at an event by the Government Moyan LP School last Saturday. Kalam stated that the show was quite problematic to him that’s why he asked the organisers to stop it with him also calling the police to ensure the show was halted. He has been accused of showing cultural intolerance and using strong arm tactics to curb down on Hindu traditions.
Aged 50-60 years, the brother of judge Kalam Pasha is B Kemal Pasha, a retired judge of the High Court of Kerala.

In a very shocking incident which happened in the state of Kerala recently, the wife of Palakkad district session court Judge B Kalam Pasha has approached the Kerala High Court to shift forward a complaint against him regarding issuing her the ‘Triple Talaq’.
Triple Talaq was made illegal under the law of the Indian government a few years back.
She also alleged that Mr. Kalam Pasha’s brother and the retired Justice B Kemal Pasha had threatened and harassed her. She has also stated that she was facing domestic violence.
What Is The Kalam Pasha Triple Talaq Wife Case
Pasha’s wife said that Mr. Kalam Pasha issued the Triple Talaq against her on 1st March in 2018. Pasha had sent a letter to her regarding this on the same day. But later on, Pasha sent her another letter saying that there was a typing error and the original date was 1st March of 2017.
The woman alleged that this was an effort to avoid legal procedures by mentioning the wrong date before the law banning triple talaq came into force. According to the reports of the Supreme Court, the permission of the chief justice concerned is very important to register a case against judge Pasha.
Two years ago, a basic investigation was done on this by the vigilance team. This entire matter then came to the notice of the High Court. The illegal Triple talaq was banned by the SC in August 2017 following which the parliament had passed a bill criminalizing this barbaric practice.
His wife told that Kemal Pasha who is the brother of Kalam Pasha had threatened her and told that she would have to face serious consequences if she will be refusing divorce from his brother. Such allegations against the judges, who are supposed to be the custodians should definitely be taken seriously. People are demanding justice for Pasha’s wife and an inquiry to rule out the truth and facts in this matter.
