How Many Episodes Are There In The Original Manga Series Of Netflix’s Kakegurui Twin In Season 1?
On Thursday, August 4 at 12 AM PST, the Netflix streaming service debuted Kakegurui Twin season 1. Given that the first season of Kakegurui Twin had fewer episodes than the first two seasons of the main series that initially had 12 episodes, fans are naturally a little upset. On September 21st, 2015, the Kakegurui Twin manga series started its serialization in Gangan Joker. As of August 2022, 12 full Tankobon volumes had been released in Japan. Unfortunately, only 10 of the spin-off manga’s 20 volumes are now accessible to overseas readers. It is lagging substantially behind domestic publications.

Kakegurui Twin volume 11 and volume 12 will be released in English on August 23rd and December 13th, respectively, which is particularly thrilling.

Will The Main Animation Return For Another Season?
There is currently no sign, as of August 2022, that MAPPA has a third season of the primary Kakegurui anime series slated. Ironically, after the anime series 2017 premiere, sales for the manga series completely tanked, which is the main cause of animation being discontinued.
The issue with the release date of Kakegurui season 3 is MAPPA, which has grown to be one of the most well-known and overworked studios in the business. There will probably be a third Kakegurui anime season and given the source material and MAPPA’s timetable for 2022โ2023, it may take some time.
