In Kagurabachi chapter 20 spoilers, the plot continues with the discussion between Hakuri and Chihiro Rokuhira that began at the conclusion of chapter 19. To Chihiro’s amazement, he unexpectedly crossed paths with a Sazanami Clansman. Hakuri informs Chihiro that, due to his inability to perform sorcery, he is no longer considered a member of the Sazanami Clan.
“Honor the Rakuzaichi, more than anything else,” is the clan’s motto. Clan members undergo extensive training to ensure the safety and continuity of the Rakuzaichi auction. His inability to help out due to his lack of abilities led to his expulsion from the family.
The auction, he said, was the worst thing he had ever seen, and he wanted to put an end to it immediately.

Spoilers for Chapter 20 of Kagurabachi suggest that Hakuri might have knowledge of where the Shinuchi are hiding. Hakuri demanded to know why Chihiro had taken the Shinuchi, and the sword’s owner told him that the wrong person could use it to kill innocent people.

Shiba wanted to tell Chihiro about the persons attempting to pursue him. So he interrupted their chat when he decided to help Chihiro.
Halfway through Chapter 20 of Kagurabachi, an elevator door opens, allowing Chihiro to meet Hiyuki, the Kamunabi Clan’s best fighter. Even before the chapter drops officially, Shiba had forewarned Chihiro that Hiyuki would wield the Flame Bone.
Part of the Kamunabi Clan, Rikuo is introduced in Chapter 20 of Kagurabachi; he looks like a Sumo wrestler, I presume. Hiyuki asks Chihiro to give her the magical sword during their chat.
