The fans were thrilled for Kagura Bachi Chapter 3 whose raw scans and spoilers were released recently
Kagurabachi’s previous chapter focused on Chihiro’s childhood and hinted at the six magical blades his father, Kunishige Rokuhira, crafted. It turned out that our hero had to go through a lot of trouble to get back the six stolen Katanas and avenge his father’s murder. A member of the public had spotted one of the six katanas, Shiba revealed to Chihiro at the chapter’s close.

The third chapter of Kagurabachi, so the spoilers say, is called Eyewitness. In the first scene of this chapter, Chihiro and Shiba show up at an office building, apparently to meet a girl named Hinao who also works there. According to the teasers, she was the one who first told Shiba that others in Tokyo had seen the charmed blade. Hinao claims that she learned about the blade from a young girl who came to her for assistance.
She took the child in and alerted Shiba about the Katana’s whereabouts. The girl runs into Hinao inside the building and informs her that a man with the “Strongest sword in the world” is after her. Then, she begs Chihiro and Shiba to watch out for her. Even though Shiba thinks the girl is talking nonsense, Chihiro insists he listen to her entire narrative.

The little girl introduces herself as Char at the soba shop. And Shiba thinks it’s a bit late for her to do so. But he nevertheless moves on to present himself and Chihiro to the audience. Char asks Chihiro why the terrible guys are after her, and Chihiro replies that the area they’re heading isn’t a fun place. However, she, too, hesitates before responding this time.
Spoilers for Kagurabachi Chapter 3 reveal that Chihiro asks Char to lead them to the villains. The girl follows up by asking whether the soba is a promise to look out for her. Chihiro eventually inquires about the “Strong sword” and its appearance from the child witness.
A man raises trouble behind them by killing a store employee as they talk about the Katana sightings. Spoilers and raw scans for Chapter 3 of Kagurabachi suggest that the killer calls upon the protection of a daruma doll. Since Chihiro now believes the sorcerer is connected to the owner of the charmed Katana, she apologizes to Char for having doubted her.
