Previously in Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 2
In the second episode of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2, Gojo and Geto successfully battled and ultimately disbanded Q. Misato Kuroi, who looked after the Star Plasma Vessel Riko Amanai, was present. They later followed Master Tengen’s orders and brought Riko to school, where she was followed by two sorcerers. There was a bounty of 30 million yen and 48 hours to find Riko’s contract on the dark web.
Toji Fushiguro, it turned out, had done this on purpose to wear down Gojo and his friends by forcing them to deal with a swarm of bounty hunters. After rescuing Riko, Gojo, and Geto returned to the academy and took down separate sorcerers. Unfortunately, Kuroi disappeared.
Episode 3 of Season 2 of Jujutsu Kaisen will most likely adapt Chapters 70–72 of the Manga. That means the protagonists and the villains will finally face off in this episode. Toji Fushiguro, who up to this point has been a mystery to anime-only viewers—especially with the introduction of Megumi—will reveal his true colors.
