What Exactly Happened so far?
Sukuna was able to tank Jacob’s ladder and started to run towards Hana while using the broken rock as footing. He was about to deliver a black flash to her when Todo arrived and tanked the attack for her.

Sukuna knew that he had to keep Yuji away so that he wouldn’t be able to use the dismantled attack and disturb his soul. However, Yuji was successful and Sukuna saw Gojo where he was teaching Yuji about the domains and how they work.
Finally, Yuji Itadori uses Domain Expansion on Sukuna and we see both of them in an unknown station. Yuji tells him to go for one more round as the battle between them changes into uncharted territory.
