As per the latest news, Manchester City are yet to launch an official bid for the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo with the club unwilling to pay
The Cristiano Ronaldo and Juventus experiment clearly hasn’t worked out for either party. Where Juventus have failed to get their hands around the elusive Champions League trophy with Ronaldo at their disposal, the Portuguese has grown increasingly despondent after a sorry soiree with the club last season.
On the last year of his contract at the club, both the parties are eager to part company. Where Ronaldo is scouring for options to exit the club, Juventus are eager to offload his this year as well to stave the chance of losing him for free next year.
However, what’s acting as a massive hinderance is the fact that no one big enough really wants to indulge in Ronaldo’s services. Despite the player trying everything at his disposal, there’s been a dearth of options with clubs unwilling to shell out his staggering wages.
Manchester City Yet To Send In An Official Bid For Cristiano Ronaldo Transfer To Juventus
Harry Kane deciding to stay at Tottenham though has offered Ronaldo a glimmer of a hope of getting out of the Serie A and switching to a side of his stature. He’s been offered to Manchester City, a club which is open to the idea of having the Portuguese at the club.

Tense situation. There’s still NO official bid on the table from Man City – Mendes is talking directly with the club. Juventus have no intention to let Ronaldo leave on a free. They want €28/30m.

However, Juventus are adamant on extracting anywhere in the region of 30 million euros for Ronaldo, a figure City aren’t too sold on. Despite Ronaldo’s agent, Jorge Mendes sitting down today with the Juventus head honchos to talk about Ronaldo, City are yet to launch an official bid.
