The PlayStation Store on PSN is available throughout all of the above hours. In essence, JJBA begins at 00:00 local time for your area.
As of 09:00 BST on August 31st, the Steam countdown indicates that the PC version will go on sale in one day and 13 hours. This corresponds to 14:00 PT, 17:00 ET, and 22:00 BST on September 1st.

The game is debuting on Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 3 in addition to on Steam and PlayStation 4. If the launch hours alter in any way it will be soon changed.

When using their draining strikes, characters with the Vampirism Battle Style, such as Dio Brando, were able to regain their Health and Heart Heat Gauge (the character’s Super metre).
