American pro-wrestler signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW), Joey Janela has pulled out of his matches for the month of June due to his severe injury
Recently, The Bad Boy took to Twitter to announce a major change in his schedule for June. Due to some severe injuries, Janela has pulled out of two matches for Game Changer Wrestling (GCW). They were supposed to happen in Atlantic City and Wyoming. His doctors still cannot comment upon the full extent of his injuries.

But he did say that he was “85% sure” he will be there to fight the Young Stallions in Texas. As for the matches this month, though he will be unable to compete, he also announced that he will present there as a commentator. He ended the video with a sassy, “Shit happens, we gotta keep rolling.”

Joey Janela has gone through a lot of injuries over the years. But as of now, it’s not clear what exactly is wrong with the AEW Bad Boy.

Apart from Game Changer Wrestling, he has also worked with Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG), Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW), and Major League Wrestling (MLW). Janela made his professional wrestling debut at a 2006 National Wrestling Superstars show. He lost in a Triple Threat match against JD Smooth and Corey Havoc. In 2019, he would be one of the first signees to All Elite Wrestling (AEW).
Founded by Tony Khan in 2019, All Elite Wrestling’s inaugural contracted talents included Cody Rhodes, Matt and Nick Jackson, and Adam Page. WWE Shield Star Jon Moxley, formerly known as Dean Ambrose, is also one of AEW’s major talents.
CBS Sports described AEW as “the first company with major financial backing to take a swing at beginning to compete with WWE on a major level in nearly two decades”.
