Reliance’s Chief Mukesh Ambani announced a new device which will be called JioPhone next. Till now, there is no proper announcement about the specification of the device
A new device was announced by Mukesh Ambani on the special occasion of the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Moreover, Jio claims that this phone is going to be the cheapest android smartphone in the world. Although, the price is not revealed the quote hints that the price may vary between 2,999 to 3,999. Jio Phone Next is developed in collaboration with Google and it will have some exclusive features.

Jio always comes up with some new and exciting for Indian users. Earlier, they launched the revolutionary Jio 4g sim card which totally changed the internet scene in India. Also, they launched their own phone which was a keypad phone but Whatsapp was supported. Also, they launched android smartphones in collaboration with Lyf Mobiles with some good offers.
Now, Jio is going to launch its own Android smartphone. Furthermore, the device is affordable for everyone which means it will have low specs and will use the most optimized version of Android. Also, every app available on Google Play Store can be downloaded on this device.
Reliance’s Collaboration with Google
This is an initiative from Google and Jio to bring India out of 2G. In India, more than 300 million people are still using 2G and cannot afford android devices. As it is a product of collaboration with Google, the device will feature the voice assistant of Google.
Jio Phone Next also has an audio call-out feature that will call out the words written on the screen. Also, the Goggle translator is inbuilt in it.

Although the specification of the device is not revealed yet, some of the things can be guessed by looking at the image. The new Jio Phone Next will have a camera of 12MP. Also, the screen size seems to be somewhere near 4 inches to 4.3 inches.
JioPhone Next Price and Launch Date
The price of the device is not revealed yet but it will be somewhere near 2,999 or 3,499 as it is the cheapest Android smartphone in the world. The device is going to launch on 10th September on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.
