Jeremy Sochan, a rookie with the Spurs, is the most recent person to make fun of the Los Angeles Lakers player. Sochan made light of the fact that Russell Westbrook received several “bricks” when playing heads-up with opponent Malaki Branham. Later, Sochan expressed regret for the remark and said that it was nothing but a small bit of comedy and that he respected the player.

In search of an explanation, Branham said to Sochan, “Russell Westbrook gets ’em a lot, triple-doubles.”

He said, “Been one idol since I actually watched the NBA and my dog is called Russell,” along with a picture of himself holding his dog and donning a Westbrook jersey.
After the viral video footage went viral, the forward used Twitter to apologize for his alleged insult.
The Spurs selected Sochan with the ninth draft selection in the 2022 Draft Lottery. He played at Baylor for one semester, winning the Big 12 Sixth Man Trophy.
It’s absurd how much attention Russell Westbrook gets. Sochan didn’t mean to be insulting, in my opinion.
But he was condescending. Inadvertently. was engrossed in a casual game at the time. Take nothing too seriously. yet nevertheless insulting.
Fortunately for Sochan, Westbrook is also renowned for accepting forgiveness for his other’s mistakes. Accepting people right away, and not harboring resentments.
Malaki Branham & Jeremy Sochan, rookies from San Antonio, were playing a wonderful game for the cameras while still at the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas. Before glancing at the newspaper, players had to make educated guesses about what was printed on it. Sochan failed to realize that the individual opposite from them was intended to provide hints without ever really revealing what was written in the newspaper.
