Sri Raghupati raked in a box office collection of ₹17 lakh on Day 1, ₹38.8 lakh on Day 2, ₹41.7 lakh on Day 3, and ₹43 lakh on Day 4. All these figures show the upward income trend that the movie brought in, and also shows its popularity.
Meanwhile, according to reports, the film’s box-office collection is expected to continue rising. The main star Ravi Kumar’s amazing performance in the film has managed to win many of the audience’s hearts. The movie was made on a budget of Rs.5 crore.

Sri Raghupati film plot
Sri Raghupati is a captivating film that blends action and drama with some comedy directed by Suvrat Kakoti. Raghupati Rai Baruah (Ravi Sharma) the main protagonist is an ACS officer who doesn’t fear doing the right thing. He is never afraid to use even unconventional methods do the right thing.
His sister Pori (Priyam Pallavi) is a dedicated teacher who strives to make a difference in rural Assam. Monisha (Preety Kongana) is Raghupati’s love interest in the film, and the two are set to marry soon.
Pori eventually lands a job in an unnamed village’s primary school. However, the happiness is short-lived as Pori gets murdered along with two more of her students, while their bodies are never found.
Raghupati gets devastated by these events, and while investigating he realizes that he needs to use unconventional means. As such, he resigns from his post and starts his own investigation. He eventually stumbles upon a nefarious syndicate that deals in women trafficking, drugs, and arms smuggling.
