The pandemic has already delayed the Euros as it was going to held in 2020, the tournament shifted to 2021. Also, many of the host countries only allowed 25% of fans to enter the stadium. In the end, UEFA somehow managed to organize the tournament and is currently running smoothly.

However, the Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi is not happy with the decision of UEFA over the Euro 2020 final venue. Moreover, he wants that the final should be shifted to Rome from Wembley as the cases are growing in England. Draghi said that he will strive to ensure the Euro 2020 final is not held in a country where infections are growing rapidly.

Replying to that, UEFA announced that they have no intention of shifting the venue of the final match from Wembley Stadium. UEFA emailed a statement quoting that FA, UEFA, and English authorities are working closely together. So, it seems that UEFA will make things possible in the future to organize the semifinal and final match at Wembley.
