Jamshedpur FC claimed top place in the league with a 1-0 win against ATK Mohun Bagan at the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Margao, Goa.
Jamshedpur FC won the League Winners’ Shield and became the most successful team in the league stage of a Hero ISL season ever after finishing with 43 points, the best points tally recorded by any side so far, thanks to Ritwik Das’ goal in the second half.

Four clubs have qualified for the Hero ISL 2022 semi-finals, with Jamshedpur FC topping the league standings. Hyderabad FC, ATK Mohan Bagan, and Kerala Blasters FC are the other clubs in the top four.

With an extraordinary run of form during the league season, Jamshedpur FC has soared to the top of the league standings.
While the youthful guns of Hyderabad FC have stunned everyone with a string of impressive and convincing victories over some of the league’s giants.
ATK Mohun Bagan had to settle with third place after finishing close behind Hyderabad FC, which took second place. The star-studded ATK Mohun Bagan team was anticipated to dominate the league phase, but they had a season of ups and downs, which included the departure of two-time ISL winner Antonio Lopez Habas, who was replaced by Juan Ferrando, the former coach of FC Goa. ATKMB eventually got their stride under Ferrando, qualifying for the ISL 2022 semi-finals.
Ivan Vukomanovic’s Kerala Blasters, on the other hand, had a shaky start but gradually found their stride and won matches in the league’s later stages. After finishing in the top four for the first time since 2016, Kerala Blasters FC completed the semi-final line-up.
ISL 2021-22 Semi Finals Format And RuleTo Add Up
This season, the ‘Away Goal’ rule will not apply in the Semi-finals. The teams with the highest goal total in their respective two-legged ties will advance to the ISL 2022 Final.
On March 7, the League phase will come to a close. The League Shield will be awarded to the side that finishes first in the standings, earning them a straight group-stage admission into the AFC Champions League following season.

In the first semi-final, the Blasters will meet Jamshedpur FC, while in the second, Hyderabad FC will face ATK Mohun Bagan.
The final will be held in the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Margao, Goa, on March 20.
