As all the 11 teams in the Indian Super League prepare their squads for another exhilarating season, the Kalinga Warriors Juggernauts are not too far behind when it comes to signing new players. They added 4 new players to their squad whereas 2 players exited from the club. Let’s jump right into the details of all the ins and outs made by OFC.

Odisha FC Transfer News, New Signings and Players for ISL 2021-22

Exits

Odisha FC and Bengaluru FC closed a loan deal that will see 27-year old left-back George D’souza play for The Blues in the approaching I-League qualifiers. George is very focused towards making sure that BFC qualify for the I-League.

Brazilian centre-forward Diego Mauricio has also exited the OFC squad and has not signed a contract with any club so far. However, Kerala Blasters FC are eyeing the striker in order to strengthen their attack for the upcoming season.

New Signings by OFC

The Kalinga Jugggernauts made an interesting signing when they roped in 23-year old defender Sebastian Thangmuasang on a 2-year deal. The right-back has moved from Gokulam Kerala FC and will play for the Bhubaneshwar based side till the summer of 2023.

Another addition to the OFC squad is 24-year old Mizo midfielder Isaac Vanmalsawma from Jamshedpur FC. The attacking-midfielder has signed a 2-year deal with The Red Miners till the end of the 2022-23 season. Isaac has gained a lot of experience over the years, having played for Shillong Lajong in the I-League and for FC Pune City and Chennaiyin FC in the ISL.

21-year old left-back Sahil Panwar has also boarded the Juggernauts’ squad for the next two editions of the ISL. And the fourth and final player hooked in by OFC is 26-year old left-back Lalruatthara who has also signed a 2-year deal with the Juggernauts.
