Yesterday, a video went viral on Twitter, the video was of a person grinding hard on a man in a nightclub and people assumed him to be Adele. One Twitter user tweet about the video, in particular, generated some attention, as it has racked up more than 80,000 likes and stated, “Adele is really for the people.”

Indeed, the person does look like Adele but in reality, she is someone else. It has fooled massive people though, and apparently including the Twitter user who has shared that tweet. People, later on, stated, “Oh my God let me get my glasses.” Somebody else stated, “Lmao I stared at this video hard and long and it didn’t hit me until the very last minute that this in fact was not Adele.” Another user said, “the way you really gaslighted my brain into seeing adele is truly crazy.”
So, who is it really? The answer is Kehlani who was dancing with makeup artist, Troye Antonio. They both actually have a habit of doing this. A couple of months ago, a different video went viral with Antonio grinding on Kehlani. Kehlani is also seemingly just big on grinding, as they were recently spotted doing it with Letitia Wright.
Who is Adele ?
Adele was born on the 5th of May in 1988 and she is well known English singer and also a songwriter. After completing a degree in arts from the BRIT School in 2006, Adele signed a record deal with XL Recordings. Adele’s debut album was released in 2008 and was on the UK top-5 singles “Chasing Pavements” and “Make You Feel My Love”.
The album was certified 8 × platinum in the UK and triple platinum in the United States. Adele was later on also awarded the Brit Award for Rising Star as well as the Grammy Award for being the Best New Artist.
Adele was the first female artist in the Billboard Hot 100 history to have 3 simultaneous top-ten singles as a lead artist, with her “Rolling in the Deep”, “Someone Like You”, and “Set Fire to the Rain”. Her album received a record-tying total of 6 Grammy Awards, including the Album of the Year, and the Brit Award for British Album of the Year.
