Nikola Jokic guides Denver Nuggets to their first-ever NBA final
Mozgov recently watched Game 4 of the Lakers vs. Nuggets matchup. Both are past teams of Timofey, who predicted that the Denver Nuggets would defeat LA and qualify for their first NBA Finals. Denver Nuggets will have to wait for the outcome of the Eastern Conference Final, which will determine their NBA Final opponent. Currently, Miami Heat are leading the tie 3-1 against Boston and are the overwhelming favorites to qualify.
The star of Denver, Nikola Jokic, recorded his eighth triple-double of the playoffs in Game 4, surpassing Wilt Chamberlain’s record of seven in a single postseason. Did Timofey Mozgov score 93-points versus Golden State Warriors in 2014?
Timofey Mozgov played a significant part in the Denver Nuggets’ 100-99 victory over the Golden State Warriors in 2014, as was evident to anyone who watched the game. However, a false image posted online after the game revealed that spectators were unaware of the center’s significant influence. According to the posted graphic, Timofey had scored an incredible 93 points during the game with just 10 field pointers, grabbed 29 rebounds, & made three blocks.
However, the fans were confused since Timofey must have required 63 free-throws to register this massive total, which has been surpassed only once by a player.
Although he wasn’t particularly outstanding that night, the 7’1″ center was excellent. In reality, Mozgov finished his 43 minutes of play against the Warriors with 23 points, 29 rebounds, three blocks, three assists, & one steal. That data is already impressive; it doesn’t need to be improved.
