In the season’s opening games, the player did, however, display some talent. He became the IPL 2022 superstar, nevertheless, thanks to his outstanding performance in the elimination game against the Lucknow Super Giants.

Rajat became the first uncapped player to achieve a century in the IPL Playoffs with a total of 112 from 54 balls. Patidar illustrated his potential to be an important member of the Indian team.

Rajat is engaged, and his wedding was scheduled for May 9th last year. The late contact from the RCB team for the IPL 2022, however, forced the wedding to be postponed. The family of Patidar intended to take advantage of the opportunity to get him married after he wasn’t purchased in the 2022 IPL auction.

But he received a summon for the IPL season, which in some way distorted his situation. Rajat Patidar’s father Manohar Patidar disclosed the postponement of his son’s marriage to the media and said:

We have chosen a girl from Ratlam for him. The plan was to get him married on May 9. It was supposed to be a small function and I had booked a hotel too in Indore.”

He further said:

The marriage was not supposed to be a grand affair, so we didn’t get invitation cards printed. I have booked a hotel for limited guests but the booking has been advanced as we plan to hold the function in July once he is free from his responsibility with the Madhya Pradesh Ranji team.”

Now that we know he is engaged and has a fiance, we have to wait to know the name of his other half as for now, it is not known who she is. There is no update on his marriage either after it was delayed.
