Marko Galbreath who used to be a police officer in Florida and was part of a special team called SWAT revealed that Robert Card could be in any location, so everyone should be very watchful. On Wednesday, October 25, 2023, Robert Card is believed to have been involved in two very serious incidents where many people were hurt.
Robert who did this terrible thing shot at least 18 people and 13 others were hurt. Around 10 pm on Wednesday, the police discovered the person’s empty car close to a place where boats are kept in Lisbon which is about seven miles away from Lewiston. The police think he might have escaped on a kind of watercraft called a Jet Ski.
The last time anyone saw him was on the same day when he ran away from the second place where the shooting happened and Card is currently believed to be alive and on the run as the manhunt for him continues.
• A massive manhunt continued Friday for the gunman suspected of killing 18 people and injuring 13 others at a bowling alley and restaurant in Lewiston, Maine, two days ago.
• A shelter-in-place order remained in effect for residents in the area and on Thursday evening, authorities focused on a property belonging to one of Card’s relatives, ordering anyone inside the home to surrender before eventually moving on with their search.
• According to a police bulletin, Card had been committed to a mental health facility for two weeks earlier this year and t ahe bulletin said Card had reported “hearing voices” and had threatened to “shoot up” a military training facility.
Galbreath revealed “He might still be around there, getting ready to have a fight with the police, thinking about hurting himself, or planning to do another attack. Or, you know what, he could be all the way in Texas by now. We don’t know.”
They used a loudspeaker to call out, “Robert Card, you’re being arrested. Come out now.”
They kept saying, “Leave everything behind and come outside… If anyone is inside the house, come out and go to the front of the driveway.”
A spokesperson for the Maine State Police named Shannon Moss explained, “The announcements you’re hearing through the loudspeaker are normal messages when they’re executing a warrant. It’s to make sure everyone is safe.”
