Troubling details are emerging as the authorities continue to investigate Colt Gray in connection with the Georgia high school shooting incident with some reports claiming the shooter is trans
Colt Gray, a 14-year-old teenager, who is accused of killing four people in a mass shooting at Apalachee High School, Georgia, on Wednesday, has admitted to the shooting incident.

However, the motive behind the tragic shooting is yet to be known. As per the counts given by the authorities, Colt Gray, has allegedly killed two teachers and two students while leaving injured as many as 9 people before surrendering to the schoolโs resource officer.
What Did the Report Reveal?
As per reports, 14 year old Colt Grayโs father, Colin Gray, last year revealed in an interview that his son was frequently being bullied by his classmates.
The 54-year-old alleged that his sonโs classmates would touch, pinch, and taunt him often while calling him as โColtโs Gay.โ
The alleged interview took place shortly after the teenager had threatened to shoot up his middle school in a reportedly viral post on Discord.
Coltโs father described how his son was ridiculed by bullies and emphasized concern for his sonโs safety and well-being.
A Facebook post has also suggested Gray identifies as transgender and reads, โEvery single mass school shooting in the last 2 years has been carried out by a transgender individual.โ
The suspect in the Georgia school shooting has however not been identified as transgender by any reputable news organizations or by law enforcement officials and is biological male by gender.

Colin Gray, Colt’s father told the Jackson County Sheriff’s office last year that his son was bullied at school for being gay.
“It was very difficult for him to go to school and not get picked on,” he said.
“It went from one thing to another… I was trying to get him on the golf team… [they were like] ‘Oh, look, Colt’s gay. He’s dating that guy. Just ridiculed him day after day after day.'”

Charges against Colt and Colin Gray
Reportedly, now both father-son duo are facing potentially lengthy punishment. The two appeared in court for the first time on Friday.
For the curious, the teenager, who will be tried as an adult, now faces 4 counts of felony murder charges alongside additional charges that are still pending.
Meanwhile, his father, Colin, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter with two counts of second-degree murder and eight counts of cruelty to children. If found guilty, Colin Gray would end up in prison for 180 years under Georgia law.

Colin was arrested on Thursday after the police alleged that Coltโs father gave an AR 15-style rifle to his son as a Christmas gift last year, despite knowing that his son has made a threat against others.
Identity of the Victims
For the unfamiliar, one of the victims is a 53-year-old mathematics teacher Cristina Irimie, who was reportedly celebrating her belated birthday and brought a cake to share with her students.

Meanwhile, the identities of the three other victims, one teacher and two students are yet to be known. In another update, Colt Grayโs now-deleted TikTok photos show him smiling next to a dead deer while posing with his rifle that is believed to have been used in Wednesdayโs attack.
